Welcome to the ODC Support Page

Registration and Access    

Once your accredited coach has registered you on the ODC system you will receive an email inviting you to complete the questionnaire, clarifying the deadline for completion and sending you an active link. When you click on the link to accept the invitation you will be asked to complete your registration details and create a personal password. For security purposes your password needs to be at least 8 characters in length and contain at least one number. Having registered and created your password, you will be directed to the secure site where you can see more information and select the option to ‘Take the ODC’.      

Compatibility    

The ODC website is accessible to all modern browsers and tablets. You may find that you experience difficulties using Windows Internet Explorer 8 and older, or Safari 5 and older. If you encounter any problems using the website we highly recommend using Google Chrome, this can be downloaded free of charge here: http://www.google.com/chrome    

Please note that the ODC measurement can be completed on a desktop, laptop or tablet.  

Start the Activity   

If this is the first time you have been asked to complete the ODC please follow the link in the invitation email or click here: https://odc.odincompany.com/

From the top menu bar please select Register or Sign in and follow the login steps. Once you have successfully logged in, from the menu bar at the top of the screen select ‘Take the ODC’. You will be directed to a screen containing a series of images, please follow the on-screen instructions to complete this element of the activity. It is possible to enlarge and reduce these images on a desktop or laptop by using ctrl + and ctrl – The second element of the activity contains a list of 24 competencies or behaviours and you will be asked to select 10 of these that most represent you. You’ll then be asked to submit your responses by clicking “Finish”. Most people only need about 10 - 15 minutes to complete the ODC.

Do you have a question regarding a specific procedure? For example, how to complete an ODC-measurement or the log-in procedure on Odin? Click on ‘Getting started’. There you will find varying texts that provide an explanation for the different procedures within the Odin domain.

Is your question not listed here, we ask you to create a ticket by clicking on ‘New Support Ticket’ on the homepage. Here you will fill in your e-mailadress, subject, serviceprovider (e.g. Odin or Yinc-int) and report your issue in the description box.

Then we will do our best to answer your question and fix the issue. You will receive an answer within 2 workdays (at the latest).
